Documents Certification

Information on document authentication can be found here.

According to the Agreement on Mutual Legal Assistance between the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Republic of Bulgaria dated March 23, 1956, public documents drawn up or issued by a court or other state authority in one of the contracting states, if they are provided with an official seal, do not need to be certified for use in courts and other state bodies of the contracting party. The above also applies to copies of public documents certified by a court or other competent state authority.

Bulgaria is also a signatory 1961, to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents.
