Visit to Blagoevgrad

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Bulgaria, M. Ravić, visited Blagoevgrad on August 27, where he met with the Mayor of the Municipality, M. Bajkushev.

In a cordial and informative conversation, he was introduced to the ambitious development projects and excellent economic, investment, educational and tourist potential of the municipality. In view of the fact that citizens of the Republic of Serbia also attend university study programs in Blagoevgrad, it was stated that deepening educational cooperation is in the best interest of the development of overall relations.

In addition, the readiness to implement joint activities to connect companies from Blagoevgrad with Serbian companies, as well as to strengthen cooperation in the field of tourism, was expressed.

During his stay in Blagoevgrad, the Ambassador, accompanied by the Serbian Honorary Consul, Mr. Mitko Solakov, also visited the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Serbia in this city.
